5. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit our website, the server automatically collects technical access data (server log files), including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access, and the page requested.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable and secure provision of our website).

Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Additionally, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place as a safeguard for an adequate level of data protection.

Retention: Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

6. Appointment Scheduling via Cal.com

We use Cal.com (Cal.com Inc., San Francisco, USA) for appointment scheduling. The Cal.com booking widget is embedded on our contact page via an iframe. When you book an appointment, your data (name, email address, selected time slot) is processed by Cal.com.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).

Third-country transfer: Cal.com processes data in the USA. Cal.com is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Additionally, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place as a safeguard for an adequate level of data protection.

Retention: Booking data is retained according to Cal.com’s privacy policy. You can request deletion at any time.

7. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser’s address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser bar.
